B: ex: yeast containing products, nettels, beer Omega 3: fish, linseed + linseed öil, chia seed Zinc: fish, oysters, I then heard: - creatin: fish and meat and cicatrin but which puzzles me as it is rather to fight infection....so better to wait for clarification, indeed.
